Bizie Consultants About Us

Our Approach

At Bizie Consultants we truly believe that consulting should be more than just a once-and-done transaction.

Our team of consultants work across the Greater Toronto area  business and services include operational strategy, auditing and compliance, CARF preparation, marketing, sales, process re-design and change management programs.  Our expertise is working with service firms and health care organizations.  Some of our clients include health care clinics, hospitals and dental practices.

Make your business more efficient

You know there are missed opportunities within your business but often the day-to-day management makes it difficult to look ahead or within. How much of your business are you leaving on the table and can you afford to ignore that nagging feeling that you can be doing better?  Why not contact us for a free consultation?

We are Collaboration Consultants  and we’ve redefined what a consultant should be – not just a hired gun to shake things up and then run away as you pick up the pieces.

We will work closely with you and your team on real, actionable strategies and we’ll help see it through to implementation.  We also offer ongoing support after implementation to help your program be a success beyond day one.   We understand that tweaks and adjustments are part of the process when carrying out something new and we are here to help.
