Jennifer is an accomplished Human Resources Professional with over 13 years of experience in Strategic Human Resource Management. Jennifer enjoys helping small to mid-sized firms build programs to increase employee engagement while addressing business needs. She consults with all levels of leadership to create programs to support company culture or to help build a framework for change management and continuous improvement.
Jennifer holds a 4-year Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Post-graduate certificate in Human Resource Management. As a leader in her profession, she holds the Certified Human Resources Professional and Certified Human Resources Leader designation. She is also a member of the HRPA Halton Chapter, in good standing. She has successfully completed a Counselling diploma with highest honours, to support her ability to coach and guide Managers and employees. She has acquired various other certifications such as negotiating, Health and Safety, Workplace Sensitivity and AODA Customer Service Training.
